Get Your Harford ID + Library Card

Currently enrolled or returning HCC credit students who have not yet received their HCC ID can go to the Library and apply for their ID card during regular hours of operation. No appointment is required.

The standard $15 replacement fee for lost IDs will be waived as a courtesy for returning students that received IDs prior to Fall Semester 2021 and Spring Semester 2022. Beginning Monday, May 23rd, 2022, the $15 replacement fee will be reinstated for all lost student IDs.
