Study Room Policy

Students are given priority for study room use. Only students may reserve study rooms. Faculty, staff and community borrowers may use the study rooms if they are not being used by a student but will be asked to vacate the room if it is needed or reserved by a student.

Terms and conditions: Study room use will be terminated if posted rules are not followed. A room may be reserved up to a week in advance for a minimum of 30 minutes to a maximum of 2 hours per day. A student may reserve study rooms for up to 5 days in a given week. A 15-minute grace period will be given from a reservation time; after 15 minutes, a room not in use will be released for others to use.

Group Study Rooms: Group Study Rooms may be reserved by 2-6 students.

Quiet Study Rooms: Quiet Study Rooms may be reserved by 1-3 students.
