ID Required: Harford Community College Library card
Youth ages 13-17 who reside in Maryland may obtain a Harford Community College Library Card with consent of a parent or legal guardian eligible to obtain a library card as a Community Borrower, College Employee, or Harford Community College student. Both the parent and child must complete a consent form.
