Harford Community College will not tolerate Sexual Harassment and Discrimination by anyone—employees, students, contractors, or any person on campus or involved with College-related activities.

The College has specific measures to ensure that all allegations of Sexual Harassment and Discrimination are investigated and resolved in a timely, discreet, fair and impartial manner.

Any person may report sex discrimination at any time (whether or not the person reporting is the person alleged to have experienced the conduct), in person, by mail, by telephone, or by email by contacting the Title IX Coordinator:

Discrimination

It has been, and will continue to be, the policy of Harford Community College that all students, employees, applicants, and other persons dealing with the College will do so in an atmosphere that is free from discrimination on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, status as an individual with a disability, veteran, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, marital status, genetic information or any other status protected by law.
